With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, I bring a well-rounded and practical understanding of the many moving parts that make up a successful transaction. My background includes hands-on leadership managing real estate agencies and construction companies across Tennessee and North Carolina, giving me a deep appreciation for both the operational and human sides of the business.

With over 30 years of experience in mortgage, real estate, and title services, Tiffany offers a full-spectrum understanding of the real estate transaction from contract to closing. Her background includes founding and operating a mortgage company, contributing to over a thousand successful real estate closings, and serving in a title role at Passport Title beginning in 2024. Known for her attention to detail and client-first approach, Tiffany brings clarity, compliance, and confidence to every transaction.

Founded in 2005 by John Cotter, President and CEO, Passport Title has been a trailblazer in the title industry. John’s career in the field dates back to the 1990s, where he built a reputation for innovation and foresight, crafting business models that anticipated market changes. As a pioneer in affiliated business arrangements (AfBA) in the Mid-Atlantic region, he established over 50 AfBA title companies, demonstrating his ability to adapt and lead.
In June 2024, John partnered with Nicole to launch the Passport Title Tennessee Division, serving Tennessee, its neighboring states, and Florida. The Tennessee Division fosters collaboration within the real estate community, offering value through training, networking, and educational events. Nicole’s career reflects a commitment to resilience, passion, and community-building in real estate, making her a vital part of this new chapter in Passport Title’s legacy.
